YeSsz… it was time for a change. Those who are familiar with the looks of homebase will be surprised how it looks now! In Januari somewhere we will have a new year’s drink in our fantastic place.

Granma is getting very old. It is very difficult for here to use her senses on the left side of her body. When you are sitting on this side she will not notice this. On the right side she will notice you and start talking with you and laughs to you. I did find this out today. I stayed around extra long to celebrate this new thing with her. I do love her so much.

Okee guys. That’s it. I have had it. I tried a lot of lenses this year. Most of them new designd digital camera lenses an I must say there was not a lens with a satisfying result. So I took the old school stuff out of the dark closet and screwed them on my camera. Forget the chips and the fuzzy logic and just trust your intuition. 200 asa, diffuse light, that makes aprox, 1/125 sec and f5.6 Check the histogram for some corrections, make them and shoot the day away.

Yep, that one I missed last year. Her last birthday Tess was allover Asia. Me celebrating hers in Amsterdam at Innercity and she somewere out there. Not so funny. Now it was different as we went to the theatre with the family. These shots are taken in the morning before breakfast and coffee on our way to the market. Shots are taken with a 35mm 3.5 and a 50mm 2.0 both nikkor Ai lenses from the seventies.

These are the flowers I have photographed for use in the IPMEDIALABS logo. I catched the idea when I bought these flowers for my girlfriends birthday. I thought it might look cool as a little extra, something alive and colorful. Photographed in my kitchen under a lightbulb with a old (35Y) nikon 50mm 2.0 lens.

Sinterklaas was ook weer bij ons op bezoek. De kado’s vlogen door de schoorsteen en speculaas was er in overvloed! Een gezellige avond bij mijn zusje.
